Shopping with The Northern Belle

These terms describe use of The Northern Belle Boutique website and purchases made through it. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Review these terms and our linked policies before placing an order.

Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, prices, measurements, and images accurately. Color appearance may vary by screen. Available sizes, materials, and care requirements are specific to each item. Product availability and pricing may change.

Orders & payment

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment, and shipping information. Your order total, including applicable shipping and taxes, is presented at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item becomes unavailable or we identify an error affecting an order, we will contact you and provide any required resolution.

Returns and refunds

Eligible US clothing returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery and shipped within 7 calendar days of the request. Original tags and SKU packaging are required. Shipping

Review our Shipping policy. Any rights relating to unfulfilled orders, delays, or defective goods required by law remain in effect.

Accounts & saved favorites

Customer accounts use Shopify’s sign-in system. Keep verification codes private. Saved Favorites are stored in your browser on your device, do not sync between devices or customer accounts, and do not reserve products or prices.

Website content & fair use

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse another person’s information, or copy content in a way that infringes the rights of its owner. Northern Girl Guide offers general style inspiration; products shown or discussed are subject to availability.
